OVERVIEW
iKOOP has been started from 2008, until the end of 2019, iKOOP has grown rapidly in requirement the needs of cooperatives, especially in Malaysia.
Several iKOOP products have already entered the cooperative market for the convenience of members and cooperatives in 2020. iKOOP has also held several collaborations with agencies under the umbrella of cooperatives throughout Malaysia such as the Malaysian Cooperative Institution under the supervision of Koperasi Kakitangan IKMa Berhad (KoIKMa) and the Commission Malaysian Cooperatives (SKM) to strengthen the use of the iKOOP application to all cooperatives throughout the country.
Our company
Through the joint venture of cooperatives under iKOOP, the total funding approved under the iKOOP application is more than RM2 billion in 2021 with more than 10 thousand application files approved for funding applications such as personal financing, umrah & travel, goods, and others.
iKOOP wants to expand its dominance under the cooperative ecosystem to become a Digital Bank or Neobank to facilitate or grow iKOOP’s business at an optimal level. iKOOP is optimistic in business that involves for digital banking by require the needs or involvement of cooperatives that use the iKOOP system for cooperation between both parties.
To achieve the goal of iKOOP to lead Islamic Digital Banking through a cooperative ecosystem that is still new in digital technology, of course requires competitive capital to meet the goal of stablishing the iKOOP in line with the theme of “Everybody Can Bank” through technology that will be given attention in the future to maximize returns either in Asean or in the world.
